YOUTH SPORTS CONDITIONING WITH BUNGEE FITNESS
With the use of a bungee fitness suspension system, fitness equipment and shear bodywieght, this class offers an opportunity to enhance physical wellbeing and self acceptance. Participants will safely push their own limits and discover the power they hold within.
YOUTH CARDIO KICKBOXING
This lively class helps build a strong core, agility and coordination, as well as increase cardiovascular strength. We offer a diversity of exercises and modifications to suit a wide range of levels from beginner to advanced. Participants will perform boxing and kickboxing moves in the air or with focus pads. We will also focus on core strength. Great care is demonstrated in grouping participants and with incorporating games and mindfulness in every act performed.
INTRO TO CHEER
We focus on the basics of cheer, including 8-counts, motions and jumps. The core of this class is centered around encouraging others and ourselves in all aspects. We structure this class with differentiated instruction to meet various age and ability levels.
Explore the animal world! In this highly energized class, children ages 2-4 explore defining features of animals through imaginative play and movement. Welcome to the jungle!
This class is based on the belief that yoga is fun! Participants ages 4 and up freely express themselves and discover body awareness through various poses and incorporate focus and concentration.
INTRO TO AERIAL YOGA
Mon & Wed 5 PM
This class uses a yoga swing with handles and helps build foundations with balance, body control and creative movement. Participants are sure to have fun in this nurturing environment.
We are all heroes! In this highly energized class, children ages 2-4 explore their creative powers through imaginative play and movements. Capes are optional.
TINY DANCING YOGIS
Imitate the sounds and movements of nature! In this freestyle class, children ages 2-4 explore their creativity and coordination through easy dance movement and fun yoga poses. Be a part of the delicate web of life.
Spend Some Time Together
BABY & ME YOGA
This baby-friendly class helps build a strong core for transition into new positions and exercises. This flow centers around control and precision, with a diversity of exercises and modifications to suit a wide range of levels from beginner to advanced.

This class explores various techniques on the bungee harness suspension system.

Tue 5 PM
This class supports muscular development, body control, cardiovascular strength, and creative movement. Participants are sure to have fun while working up a sweat in this upbeat environment.
For ages 5 and up, this flow class coordinates breathing and physical movement, with particular attention to increasing balance and mobility. Beginner to advanced participants will find rejuvenation, physically, mentally and spiritually.
OTHER FAMILY CLASSES
Ages 11 & under require
Focus on the present moment. Among its many benefits, this class helps improve numerous aspects of your life including reaction time and short term memory. Those who have tried this practice have described feeling more relaxed and less distracted by their fleeting thoughts, as well as a closer spiritual connection.
BODYFIT INTERVAL BUNGEE TRAINING
Tues & Thur 9:30 AM
This group training class can jump start your fitness or take it to the next level. It's a whole-body workout packed full of higher and lower intensity exercise intervals both on and off the bungee.
KICKBOXING BOOTCAMP -BUNGEE & AERIAL FITNESS
This group training class is a fun and exhilarating whole-body workout. It utilizes boxing and kickboxing moves, as well as bungee jumping to elevate cardiovascular intensity and includes resistance and body weight exercise intervals. Float like a butterfly!
