Book Fridays @ 7:30 PM, or Saturdays & Sundays - 11:30 AM, 1 PM, 2:30 PM, 4 PM. Other times also available. Enjoy fitness fun for 70 minutes for $200

Corporate Team Building

Choose your format - Aerial Yoga, Yoga, Meditation or a combo. You can add fun team building games. Rate varies based upon number and length of session. Book M-F afternoons or 7:30 PM.  Saturdays or Sundays - 11:30 AM, 1 PM, 2:30 PM, 4 PM.
