Service Description
Join Sound Alchemist Carli Webb and Instructor Melissa Ward as they lead you through a truly unique 75 minute practice. Experience the weightlessness and support of the Yoga Hammock while sound and vibration resonate around your whole body. The Yoga Hammock provide weightlessness while moving through some fun and then restorative poses. You will be engulfed by the comfort of the fabric while Carli creates a one-of-a-kind sound meditation using singing bowls, tuning forks, and other sound tools designed to support the body’s natural relaxation response. Participants may want to bring a blanket.

Cancellation Policy
Any no-show to a class through the monthly membership cannot be claimed in another month. However, if we are closed due to a holiday, inclement weather or state forced closure during your class time, you may utilize that class voucher for another class offered during the same month.
