Participants will meet for 3 consecutive classes and enjoy exploring all their bodies can do while getting a great workout and having a blast!!

Cancelation Policy

Any no-show to a class through the monthly membership cannot be claimed in another month. However, if we are closed due to a holiday, inclement weather or state forced closure during your class time, you may utilize that class voucher for another class offered during the same month.
