About the Event
We will practice Aerial Yoga for about an hour then make your choice of a calming or energizing spray, as well as a personal perfume in a roller bottle to take home. We will use DoTerra essential oils. The only thing you need to bring is a water bottle. Beginners are welcome.
Trish and Irina will lead the essential oil craft. Both are well versed in essential oil benefits. Irina also has a business in Mebane, Mystic Grove Oils Wellness Center.
