~It's a power packed 45 minutes! We use all the toys and body weight exercises to tone and strengthen for a healthy heart and a fun workout! It's different each time.

Play with all the fitness toys - aerial yoga swings, bungee harnesses, boxing bags, exercise balls, and yoga blocks. Learn new poses, play games, and benefit from one-on-one coaching. Book by the month or day, Limit 12 kids.
