After-School FUN

Monday - Friday 3:10-4:30 PM

Play with all the fitness toys  - aerial yoga swings, bungee harnesses, boxing bags, exercise balls, and yoga blocks.  Learn new poses, play games, and benefit from one-on-one coaching.  Book by the month or day,  Limit 12 kids.

AERIAL YOGA

Mon 5 PM Family Class; 

Tu 6 PM Family Class &

Tu 7 PM Ages 11 & up

~Learn the basics.  Experience the gentleness and weightlessness of the swing.  No previous yoga experience necessary. Limit 12 participants.

BUNGEE FITNESS

Mon 7 PM Ages 11 & up,

Tu 5 PM Family Class;

Sat 10:00 AM Family Class

~Learn the basics.  Enjoy defying gravity as you tone and get your heart pumping. Limit 12 participants. 

BodyFit KETTLE BELL INTERVAL CONDITIONING WITH

BUNGEES & YOGA SWINGS

Tu & Thur 10:30 AM Virtual

~It's a power packed 35 minutes! We use body weight exercises to tone and strengthen for a healthy heart and a fun workout! Join us virtually for now! After ABSS remote learning has ended, we will be in person with this class again.  

KICKBOXING & CONDITIONING

Available as part of Open Studio.  Stand alone class coming soon-

This lively class helps build a strong core, agility and coordination, as well as increase cardiovascular strength.  Great care is demonstrated in grouping participants and with incorporating games and mindfulness in every act performed.
