KICKBOXING & CONDITIONING
Tu 5:15 PM - This lively class helps build a strong core, agility and coordination, as well as increase cardiovascular strength. Great care is demonstrated in grouping participants and with incorporating games and mindfulness in every act performed.
INTRO TO CHEER
Thur 5:15 PM - We focus on the basics of cheer, including 8-counts, motions and jumps. The core of this class is centered around encouraging others and ourselves in all aspects. We structure this class with differentiated instruction to meet various age and ability levels.
