KIDS' MOVEMENT & CREATIVE PLAY

Tu & Th 8:30-10:20

Ages 3-5

Kids amplify their creativity through movement and imaginary play.  We will explore playful yoga poses, aerial yoga swings, bungee fun, and song and dance. .Book by the month or day.  Limit 12 kids.

AERIAL YOGA

(Mom & Me Aerial & Bungee)

~Learn the basics.  Experience the gentleness and weightlessness of the swing.  No previous yoga experience necessary. 

YOGA

Tu & Th 11:45-12:15

~Gentle floor poses to stretch, strengthen, balance & relax,  No previous experience necessary.

BUNGEE FITNESS

Mon 6 PM - Beginner/Basic

Mon 7 PM (with a bonus

rest & restore floor yoga afterwards)

BodyFit KETTLE BELL INTERVAL CONDITIONING WITH

BUNGEES & YOGA SWINGS

~It's a power packed 45 minutes! We use all the toys and body weight exercises to tone and strengthen for a healthy heart and a fun workout! It's different each time.

 OPEN STUDIO for After-School FUN

Play with all the fitness toys  - aerial yoga swings, bungee harnesses, boxing bags, exercise balls, and yoga blocks.  Learn new poses, play games, and benefit from one-on-one coaching.  Book by the month or day,  Limit 12 kids.

KICKBOXING & CONDITIONING CLASS - Available as part of Open Studio, Camps & Workshops.  Stand alone class coming soon-

This lively class helps build a strong core, agility and coordination, as well as increase cardiovascular strength.  Great care is demonstrated in grouping participants and with incorporating games and mindfulness in every act performed.
