Play with all the fitness toys - aerial yoga swings, bungee harnesses, boxing bags, exercise balls, and yoga blocks. Learn new poses, play games, and benefit from one-on-one coaching. Book by the month or day, Limit 12 kids.

~Learn the basics. Experience the gentleness and weightlessness of the swing. No previous yoga experience necessary. Limit 12 participants.

This lively class helps build a strong core, agility and coordination, as well as increase cardiovascular strength. Great care is demonstrated in grouping participants and with incorporating games and mindfulness in every act performed.
